Architectural studio founded in 2009. We deal with architectural design, protection and conservation of cultural heritage, development of conservation projects and professional studies of cultural protection, professional consulting services, construction and craft works, supervision of the construction of modern buildings and conservation of cultural heritage.
So far, we have realized over 50 architectural projects, about 200 conservation projects, 6 studies of cultural property protection, 3 HIA Studies (Heritage Impact Assessment – UNESCO study), over 200 professional supervisions of construction of modern buildings and conservation of cultural goods and long-term consulting services.
Born in 1962. He graduated in 1987 at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Sarajevo, received his magister degree in 2000 and his doctoral degree in 2003 at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade. He worked for fifteen years in practice. He has been working at the University of Montenegro in Podgorica since 2002 at the Department of Architecture, which in 2006 was transformed into the Faculty of Architecture.
He has realized over 140 architectural projects (Musical Center of Montenegro, Sports Hall in Kotor, Musical School in Niksic, Musical School in Tivat, Building for Three Faculties in Podgorica, Fire Center in Cetinje, Church in Vraka in Albania, Restaurant “Verige 65” ) and over 150 conservation projects and studies on the protection of cultural property. Commissioner of the Montenegrin exhibition at the 11th and 12th Biennale of Architecture in Venice, 2008 and 2010. He has published a large number of scientific and professional papers in international journals, monographs and conferences. He is the author of the scientific monograph “Architecture of Cetinje from the 15th century to the Second World War”, published in 2012 by the Montenegrin Academy of Sciences and Arts. He is the author of four teaching scripts: Design of Tourist Facilities, History of Architecture of Montenegro, Nautical Tourism and Marina Planning. As a prominent expert, for his contribution to the profession and the promotion of the state, in 2009 he received the high state recognition “Thirteenth of July Award”. He was a member of the National Council for Culture of Montenegro, the National Council for Tourism of Montenegro, a member of the Council of the Center for Conservation and Archeology of Montenegro, a member of the Association of Architects and a member of the Chamber of Engineers of Montenegro, and a member of the Senate.
At the Faculty of Architecture, he teaches the following subjects: Design of Tourist and Catering Facilities, Design of Commercial Facilities, Synthesis Project II, III, VI and History of Architecture of Montenegro. Since 2002, he has been teaching at the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management in Kotor: Hotel Engineering, Hotel Design and Interior Design, and Valorization of Architectural and Historical Art Heritage.
He taught at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade (2008-2013) two subjects: Tourist Facilities and Marinas and Studio Project 4. He was a guest lecturer at the Faculties of Architecture in Poland, Chile, Canary Islands, Serbia, Italy (Politecnico di Bari).
He performed the following managerial duties at the University of Montenegro:
– Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality in Kotor, 2005–2007
– Dean of the Faculty of Architecture, 2007–2013
He has professional licenses: license for designing architectural objects, license for performing works on architectural objects, conservation license, research license. He was the President of the Commission for issuing conservation licenses, a member of the Commission for issuing Research Licenses, he is currently the President of the Commission for issuing Research Licenses and he was the Commission for taking the professional conservation exam at the Ministry of Culture. He is a member of two Tempus projects: 530440-Tempus and the manager of the Tempus project DAPEEVB (Development and adaptation of professional programs for energy efficiency in the Western Balkans).
Born in 1992. He completed his Bachelor studies in Architecture in 2015 at the Università Politecnico di Milano – Scuola di Architettura, Urbanistica e Ingegneria delle Construzioni and Master studies in Architecture in 2019 at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade. Since 2014, he has been working for our company, with occasional internships in Switzerland and Serbia. Since 2020, he has been working in the Ministry of Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urbanism in the Directorate of the Chief State Architect, and as an external expert associate in our design studio. He is currently on doctoral studies in Architecture and Urbanism at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade.
Born in 1994. She is a graduate of architecture at the Universidad de Sevilla – Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Sevilla.
He participated in the development of projects in the field of building, civil engineering, as well as hydrotechnics (regulation of riverbeds, water supply, reconstruction of existing city water supply, projects for reception and drainage of fecal and atmospheric water, reservoir projects) and audit of major buildings, civil engineering and hydraulic engineering projects.
He conducted expert supervision of: 23 buildings; 22 facilities in the field of hydraulic engineering; 29 projects in the field of transport: 12 local
categorized roads and 17 city roads – streets; 7 sports facilities, etc.
